Counselling and Coaching for your Heart, Mind and Soul

There are lots of different styles of counselling out there, but the most important thing is to find a good personal fit. I've learned a lot along my path to getting here and my personal development is ongoing - I consider myself a life-long learner. In addition to my professional Transpersonal Counselling training, I've added specialized skills like Internal Family Systems, Imago Therapy and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. Before I even knew I had a counsellor in me, I spent many years exploring energy work and esoteric mystery school teachings including A Course In Miracles, Archetypal Astrology and Soul Evolution coaching work. Everything I've ever done or learned or experienced - is all inside me - and I offer you the multi-facted jewel of my Heart and Soul's work.

Whatever you’ve endured, survived or made it through—it’s made you who you are right now. It’s also all you need to understand and navigate what’s in front of you. You don’t need to change, you’re perfectly imperfect just as you are. You're not broken, you’re human. You don’t need gurus or psychics to give you answers - you already have them inside you. Go deeper. Hear the whisper. Find your gold. I can help you get back in touch with your own inner guidance. By shining a light in a new direction. By reframing a perspective. By asking questions. You have everything you need at this moment - you just may have forgotten how to contact it. I’ll help you get there.

Connecting the Present to the Past

Whatever your problems look like now, know they have a root back to the distant past. Only by tracing back and uncovering the seeds that got planted early on can we understand the drivers behind our instinctual behaviours. Who we become in the middle of a messy or triggering event is a good clue as to what unconscious beliefs and behaviours became a default reaction for us. It’s from this place that real understanding and healing can take place. First and foremost, we must understand ourselves, our story and our own wounded places. A new perspective on our past hurts can bring new understanding to our present struggles. And it’s from here that new choices and possibilities can naturally and spontaneously emerge.

Joining to Receive

We are rarely taught in schools or our families what it takes to be a better receiver. The world really focuses us on being a better speaker, presenting a better image, strategizing our interactions, giving more and perfecting our outer world. What’s missing is a way to understand, unite with and get closer to the people we love. I teach clients how to flip their focus inward, and allow in a new perspective, where getting to know and encounter their own inner world more intimately creates a new and more authentic experience of connection.
